Some photos of a beautiful supercharged 1958 Studebaker Golden Hawk that we had in the shop a while back. It had been sitting for quite some time so we did a tune-up, suspension and the drive ability/Mechanical work to make it dependable again. You might recognize this car from the season premiere of Jay Leno’s Garage ! This is a very rare, original example of these cars

A customer of ours just brought in his beautiful 1942 Ford Woodie Wagon for grille paint and minor interior electrical issues to be straightened out. Stated in the v8 times album published in 1985 only 5173 , 1942 Super deLuxe Station Wagons, Model 21A-79B were produced. It’s really cool to have this car in the shop and to appreciate its significance to the industry before the official start of the war. As pleasing our customers is always top on our list here, we also love the opportunity to learn and educate the history of these vehicles whenever a chance is given. Next time you come across a 1942 Ford Woodie station wagon, or any 1942 Ford for that matter, just think about what was going on at those times, and take in the chance to appreciate it for what it is!
